* educating consumers, industry professionals, and local decision makers,
* facilitating partnerships and networking opportunities,
* offering a comprehensive network for sources of services, training, materials, and related information,
* providing support as needed for green building projects,
* identifying obstacles in current markets, policies, knowledge, and attitudes, and creating strategies to overcome them.
